Network downtime for upgrading

As we strive to provide you with the best services, we do at times need to perform upgrades to improve our services. This is an announcement of a network upgrade that we are scheduling. Network interruption is expected during the upgrading process. Date : 12th January 2012 We regret the inconvenience caused and will ensure network service interruptions are kept to the minimum.

Terms of Services Update :: Data Backup

Hi all, Please be informed that our Data Backup Policy has been updated as below: 1. HOSTEMO will perform daily and weekly backup on all shared hosting accounts, and will keep for the last 2 backups. And these backup is mainly for our Internal use. All customer that request for data restore from our backup system will be charged for RM 100 on every restore. 2. Our System backups are generated daily. No guarantees are made of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the integrity of these backups. 3. Shared Hosting accounts that exceeding 3 Gigabytes in Total storage space will automatically be removed from our backup system. No BACKUP will be provided upon request. 4. There is no backup for VPS, Semi Dedicated Servers, Dedicated Server or any other plans. Customers must maintain their own backup. 5. HOSTEMO cannot be held liable for any data loss. Customers’ use of this service is at their own risk. HOSTEMO is not responsible for files and/or data residing on the Customer’s account. 6. Customer is advise to maintain a backup copy of own Data and store into own localhost space. Or customer may signup manage backup services From Hostemo. These update will be effectively immediately. We are sorry for any inconvenient.

Singapore Node Upgrading

Dear Customer, Hostemo Technology will upgrade our router portion setting at 19/11/2011, Starting from 3pm. Customers who placed in Singapore/purchasing Singapore package might experiencing down time for about half an hour. ETTR is 4pm at the same day. Please be informed.
